Kanban

In SAFe 6.0 (Scaled Agile Framework), the Portfolio Kanban is a crucial tool used to visualize, manage, and flow portfolio-level epics from ideation through to implementation. It helps Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) teams manage strategy-to-execution alignment and ensure only the most valuable initiatives are funded and pursued.

In SAFe 6.0 (Scaled Agile Framework), the Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) is a key element that enables enterprises to deliver value quickly, frequently, and sustainably. It represents the workflows, activities, and automation needed to deliver a new piece of functionality—from idea to release—into the hands of users.

The Innovation and Planning (IP) Iteration is a dedicated timebox at the end of every Program Increment (PI) in SAFe. It serves multiple purposes, including innovation, PI planning readiness, and process improvements.

PI (Program Increment) Planning is a key event in the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) 6.0 methodology. It is a cadence-based, face-to-face event where Agile Release Trains (ARTs) align on a shared vision, define objectives, and plan their work for the next increment (typically 8-12 weeks).
